摘要
为确保运行中的RTV涂料具有良好的防污闪能力,提出一种RTV涂料老化程度评估方法。该方法基于红外透射光谱技术,根据RTV涂料分子结构变化判断其憎水性能变化,同时结合涂料表面外观、附着力、憎水性等级分析综合评估涂料的老化程度。分析结果表明,该方法简单、实用,可准确地评估RTV涂料老化程度。
In order to guarantee the good anti-pollution capability of RTV coating in use ,an RTV coating aging degree evaluation method is proposed. The method is based on infrared transmission spectroscopy technology. The change of hydrophobic property is judged by the molecular structure change of RTV coating, and at the same time the aging degree of coating can be evaluated comprehensively by analysis of surface appearance of coating, the adhesion force and the hydrophobicity grade. Analysis results show that the method is simple and practical which can evaluate accurately the aging degree of RTV coating.
