广西电网配网转供电工作现状及存在问题分析

Analysis of Situation and Existing Problems in Distribution Network Power Supply Transfer in Guangxi Power Grid

为了做好配网转供电管理工作,减少用户停电时间,提高供电可靠性和配网可转供电率,分析广西电网配网转供电工作开展现状及存在的问题。针对转供电工作中存在的网架薄弱、管理手段缺失、联络点设置不合理等问题,提出了加强带电作业、严审转供电方案、加快农网改造、加强指标考核等改进措施。

In order to improve the distribution network power supply transfer management, reduce customer interruption time and improve power supply reliability and distribution network power supply transfer rate, the situation and existing problems in distribution network power supply transfer work in Guangxi power grid are analyzed. Aiming at problems including the weak network structure in the power supply transfer work, the lack of management means and the unreasonable configuration of interconnecting points and so on, improvement measures are proposed including promoting the live line work, reviewing power supply transfer solutions more conscientiously, accelerating the upgrade of the rural power grid and strengthening the index evaluation and so on.
