摘要 针对部分采用石蜡基油的老旧变压器检修后油介质损耗异常升高,且采用真空滤油方法无法处理的问题,对变压器油介质损耗异常的原因进行了理论分析,并对污染油进行了油质分析。分析结果表明,变压器油中含有可溶性极性物质,且经热油循环后因油温升高导致可溶性极性物质的溶解能力增强,油介损值增大。根据原因分析,提出了采用油再生技术现场处理变压器油介损超标的方法,该方法在实践中得到了检验,证明了其有效性。 Aiming at the problem of abnormal increasing oil dielectric loss after overhaul of some old transformers using paraffin- based oil which cannot be solved by vacuum oil filtering method, the reason of abnormal oil dielectric loss of transformer is analyzed in theory. The oil quality of polluted oil is analyzed. Analysis results show that there are some soluble polar materials in the transformer oil, and the rising oil temperature after the hot oil circulation can cause the enhancement of soluble capability of soluble polar materials and thus the increasing of dielectric loss value. Based on the reason analyzed, the method of dealing with the exceeding standard of transformer oil dielectric loss with the oil regeneration technology in field is proposed, which has been verified in practice and the effectiveness has been proved.
