Analysis of Application Comparison between Vacuum Belt Dewatering Machine and Disc Dewatering Machine

对真空皮带脱水机与圆盘脱水机进行对比分析,为烟气脱硫系统设备选择提供参考。介绍了这两种脱水机的原理与结构,并对比分析了这两种脱水机的经济性,最后给出了圆盘脱水机的运行、维护要求。分析结果表明,圆盘脱水机占地面积少,适用于扩建机组、受场地限制的脱硫系统改造工程,且投资费用与系统电耗低,具有较大的投资优势,但圆盘脱水机对运行操作要求较高。

The vacuum dewatering machine and the disc dewatering machine are compared and analyzed to provide reference to the device selection in flue gas desulfurization system. Principles and structures of two kinds of dewatering machines are introduced, and economy of two kinds of dewatering machines are compared and analyzed. Finally, operation and maintenance of disc dewatering machine are given. Analysis results show that the disc dewatering machine needs less area which is suitable to the unit expansion and the modification project of desulfurization system restricted by site, and has lower investment cost and energy consumption which has greater investment advantage, but the disc dewatering machine has higher requirements for operation and maintenance.
