摘要
本研究选取太原工业学院普系学生30名作为研究对象,对其进行八周,一周五次,每次一小时花样跳绳运动干预方式,比较分析实施运动干预前后学生体成分变化情况。结果显示:花样跳绳运动干预后学生脂肪量、体脂肪率、BMI指数等体成分指标均呈现显著差异(P<0.05),其中女生体重明显下降(P<0.05)。由此可见:花样跳绳有氧运动可有效改善大学生身体成分,其中对女大学生体成分影响尤为显著,可达到良好减脂健身效果。
This study selects 30 college students from general departments of Taiyuan Institute of Technology as the research object, carries on a eight - week, five times a week for one hour rope skipping exercise intervention, compares and analyzes the changes in body composition of students before and after the intervention. The results show that the body fat mass and rate, BMI index as well as some other indicators are in a significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ), in which girls' body weight decreases significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ). Which means, figure rope skipping aerobic exercises can improve the body composition of university students, which affect the body composition of female college students significantly, which can help them to achieve good sports fitness effect.
