小学生体质状况调查研究——基于宁波市奉化区武岭小学的样本

Investigation and Study on Pupil's Physique Condition——Based on Samples from Wuling Elementary School in Fenghua District of Ningbo City

小学生体质状况是国民身体素质的一个缩影,能够直接反映出未来我国国民的综合体质,因此,对于该少年儿童进行体质测评,探寻其中的问题进而进行改善,对于增强我国国民整体身体素质具有十分重要的意义。本文以宁波市奉化区武岭小学调查数据为样本,通过对小学生的体制状况进行总体测评,得到当前小学生总体体质状况,并提出了改善建议。

Primary school students physical fitness is an epitome of the national physical condition, which can directly reflect the future of our country＇s national comprehensive physical condition. Therefore, it is of great significance for strengthening the national physical quality through children~ physique evaluation and seeking for problems existed and improving them. This paper uses the survey data from Wuling Elementary School in Fenghua District of Ningbo City as the samples, evaluates the overall physical conditions of pupil and obtains relevant results. The paper also offers suggestions to improve it.
