镇江市机关公务员体质发展状况研究

Research on the Development of Zhenjiang Civil Servants' Physical Condition

为进一步掌握机关公务员体质发展的特点,为公务员健身指导工作提供科学依据,对镇江市549名公务员进行了体质调查。并将此次测试结果与2009年镇江市机关公务员的测试结果进行了比较。结果:总体合格率为84.5%,其中优秀20.2%,良好28.8%,及格35.5%,不及格15.5%。与2009年相比较,整体的合格率和优秀率相对较低,但是身体形态指标和身体机能结果明显优于2009年的测试结果,在身体素质上有个别指标差于2009年镇江市公务员体质测试结果。

In order to fully understand the physical development status and characteristics of civil servants in Zhenjiang City and provide scientific basis for civil servants fitness guidance,this paper conducts a physical survey of 549 civil servants in Zhenjiang City. Through this investigation,the results of the civil servants ＇physical condition are compared with the test results of 2009. Results： the overall pass rate is 84. 5%,while excellent rate covers 20. 2%,and good rate covers 28. 8%,pass rate covers 35. 5%,failed rate covers 15. 5%.Compared with results in 2009,the overall pass rate and excellent rate are relatively low,but the body shape index and physical function results is better than 2009,and some other physical indexes for test results of Civil servants is also not better than those indexes shown in 2009.
