摘要
随着新课程改革的不断推进,课堂评价逐渐走进学校课堂之中,课堂评价的理念不断深入教师的教学当中,而评价行为便是架起评价理念与评价效果的桥梁,是实现课堂评价的载体。对教师评价行为的研究便成为了推进课堂评价的一个有效的动力。通过研究评价行为的内容、结构,合理科学的构建出科学的评价行为,能够有效的保证教师课堂评价的效果。也是顺应新课改的大势所趋。
With the promotion of new curriculum reform, classroom evaluation enters school classes gradually, the idea of which is going deep among teachers. At this point, evaluation behavior, as the carrier of the evaluation, becomes the bridge between evaluation idea and effects. Thus, research on teacher evaluation behavior on teachers promotes classroom evaluation. It represents the general trends of new curriculum reform to study the contents and structure of evaluation behavior, as well as to constructs a rational and scientific valuation behavior, which will guarantee the effect of teachers' classroom evaluation, as well as fit the new curriculum reform trends.
