摘要
碳纳米管(CNTs)增强金属基复合材料是未来金属材料最具潜力的发展方向之一,然而,分散性和界面结合问题是制约CNTs增强金属基复合材料产业化应用的主要因素。本文从制备方法和影响耐磨性因素两方面概述了CNTs增强金属基复合材料的研究现状,并展望了未来该材料的发展趋势。
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) reinforced metal matrix composite (MMCs) was one of the most potential developing direction of the metal materials in the future. However, the dispersion and interracial bonding were the major factors, which could hinder the industrial application of CNTs reinforced MMCs. In this paper, form the two aspects of preparation technologies and factors affecting the wear resistance of CNTs reinforced MMCs, the research status of CNTs reinforced MMCs was reviewed. And then the development trend of the material was looked forward.
