Effects of Mo and V on Microstructure of FeCoNiCrAl_(0.3) High Entropy Alloys

摘要 研究了Mo添加对FeCoNiCrAl_(0.3)高熵合金组织的影响。分析了V元素对高熵合金FeCoNiCrMo_(0.5)Al_(0.3)Vx的组织和力学性能的影响。通过混合焓、混合熵、原子半径差、电负性、电子空位浓度以及晶格扭曲程度计算了FeCoNiCrMoVAl_(0.3)高熵合金相稳定性。结果表明:FeCoNiCrMo_(0.1)Al_(0.3)合金中Mo主要以固溶态的形式存在于合金中;而随Mo含量的增加,FCC基体中析出分布于枝晶间的(Cr,Mo)(Ni,Co)型σ相;V可进一步促进(Cr,V)型σ相的析出;高熵合金相稳定性的理论结果与试验结果吻合。 The effects of Mo addition on the microstructure of FeCoNiCrAl0.3 high entropy alloy were investigated. The cffccts of V clement on the microstructurc and properties of FcCoNiCrMo0.5Al0.3Vxhigh entropy alloy were analyzed .The phase stability of FeCoNiCrMoVAl0.3 high entropy alloy was calculated by mixing enthalpy, mixing entropy, atomic radius difference, clectronegativity, electron vacancy concentration and lattice distortion degree. The results show that Mo clement in FcCoNiCrMoo.iAlo.3 alloy exists in the form of solid solution. With Mo content increasing, σ phase- richcd in (Cr,Mo)(Ni,Co) appears in the interdcndrite separating out from FCC matrix. V clement can furtherly promote the precipitation of σ phase- richcd in (Cr,V). The thcoretical results of the phase stability of FcCoNiCrMoVAIo.3 high entropy alloy agree well with the experiment results.
