摘要
采用3种经验模型和JMatPro 6.0软件分别计算了169种钢的马氏体开始转变温度。将计算结果与试验值比较。结果表明:经验模型仅针对中碳钢马氏体开始转变温度预测结果比较理想,针对高碳钢误差较大。JMatPro计算结果的精确度比经验模型高,且针对低、中、高碳钢,JMatPro的计算结果明显优于经验模型。说明JMatPro预测精度高而且适用范围广。
The martensitic start transformation temperature of 169 steels were calculated by using three empirical models and JMatPro software. The calculation results were compared with the experiment results. The results show that the empirical model using for the prediction of medium carbon steel martensite strat transition temperature is ideal; for the prediction of high carbon steel, the error is large. The accuracy of the calculation result of JMatPro software is better than that of empirical models for low-carbon, medium-carbon and high-carbon steels. It suggests that the prediction accuracy of JMatPro is high and the method can be used in a wide range.
