退火处理对热轧纯镁力学和腐蚀性能的影响

摘要 对热轧纯镁进行了退火处理,研究了退火后纯镁的显微组织、室温力学和腐蚀性能。结果表明,最佳退火工艺为175℃×2 h,此工艺下纯镁晶粒细化,内应力降低,耐腐蚀性能提高。随退火温度提高,纯镁退火后的力学和耐腐蚀性能下降。 Annealing treatment of the hot rolled pure magnesium was carried out. The microstructure, mechanical properties at room temperature and corrosion behavior of the pure Mg after annealing were studied. The results show that the optimal annealing process is 175 ℃ ×2 h; under this process, the grain of pure magnesium is refined, the stress is reduced, and the corrosion resistance is improved. With the increase of annealing temperature, the mechanical and corrosion resistance properties of the pure Mg after annealing decrease.
