摘要
对26CrMo钢钻杆进行了热处理工艺实验,研究了不同回火温度对材料抗硫性能的影响,并测试了钢的氢渗透系数。使用扫描电镜分析了不同工艺回火后钢的金相组织中缺陷对氢扩散的影响。结果表明,在880℃保温60 min淬火然后不同温度回火90 min,随回火温度的升高,26CrMo钢的抗硫性能提高;在回火温度525~575℃和600~675℃时,氢扩散系数随回火温度升高而变大。
The heat treatment technology experiment of 26CrMo steel drill rod was done. The effects of different tempering temperatures on the sulfur resistance of the materials were studied. And the hydrogen permeation coefficient of steel was tested. The effect of defects on hydrogen diffusion in the microstructure of the steel after different tempering technologies was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that after quenching at 880 ℃ for 60 min, and then different temperatue tempering for 90 min, the sulfur resistance of 26CrMo steel is improved with the increase of tempering temperature; during tempering at 525-575 ℃and 600-675 ℃, the hydrogen diffusion coefficient increases with the increase of temperature.
