留置气囊导尿管上方固定有助于妇科患者术后恢复

Indwelling Balloon Urethral Catheter Fixed upper the Thigh is Helpful for Patients in Gynecology Department to Recovery

比较两种固定方式对留置气囊导尿管的效果。使用随机数字表将妇科术后患者236例随机分为A组和B组各118例,A组患者将留置气囊导尿管固定于大腿上方,B组患者将留置气囊导尿管固定于大腿下方。比较两组患者舒适度、导管护理难易程度和导管不良事件发生率。A组患者舒适度、导管护理的便捷性均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),A组患者导管不良事件发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。将留置气囊导尿管固定于大腿上方增加了患者的舒适度,降低了护理操作难度和导管不良事件发生率,此法可广泛应用于临床。

This study compared the effects of two fixed styles on indwelling balloon urethral catheter. 236 gynecological patients after surgery were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table with 118 cases in each group. Patients in group A were treated with the indwelling balloon urethral catheter fixed upper the thigh, while patients in group B were treated with the indwelling balloon urethral catheter fixed below the thigh. The comfort level of patients, difficulty degree of catheter nursing and adverse event rate of catheter were compared between two groups. The results showed that the comfort level and difficulty degree of catheter nursing in group A were higher than those in group B and the difference was statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Moreover, the adverse event rate of catheter in group A was lower than that in group B, and also the difference was statistically significant （t9 〈0.05）. In conclusion, fix the indwelling balloon urethral catheter upper the thigh would increase the comfort level of patients, decrease the difficulty degree of catheter nursing and adverse event rate of catheter, which could be widely used in clinical application.
