丙戊酸钠对癫痫模型大鼠的认知,行为学和脑电图的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Sodium Valproate on Cognition, Behavior and Electroencephalogram in Epilepsy Model Rats

摘要 为研究丙戊酸钠对癫痫模型大鼠认知、行为学和脑电图的影响,本次研究选取了60只健康大鼠,随机分为3组(对照组,癫痫组,丙戊酸钠组),每组20只。癫痫组与丙戊酸钠组大鼠通过氯化锂-毛果芸香碱诱导成为癫痫大鼠。造模完成后,给予3组大鼠灌胃给药,对照组与癫痫组使用生理盐水,丙戊酸钠组使用丙戊酸钠,6小时1次,持续5 d。5 d后发现癫痫组与丙戊酸钠组大鼠认知功能显著下降,脑电图频率减慢以及波幅显著增高;与癫痫组相比,丙戊酸钠组癫痫发作次数明显减少,持续时间明显降低。这提示丙戊酸钠可改善癫痫大鼠的认知功能、行为学及脑电图异常。 In order to study the effect of sodium valproate on cognition, behavior and electroencephalogram (EEG) in epilepsy model rats, 60 healthy rats were selected and randomly divided into three groups: control group, epilepsy group, sodium pentanoate group, with 20 rats in each group. Rats in epileptic group and sodium valproate group were induced into epilepsy rats by pentylenetetrazol. After the models were established, the rats in three groups were treated with intragastric administration. Rats in the experimental and epilepsy group were treated with normal saline, while rats in the sodium valproate group were treated with sodium valproate, once a day for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the cognitive function of rats in the epilepsy group and sodium valproate group was significantly decreased, but the frequency and amplitude of EEG were significantly increased. Compared with epilepsy group, the frequency of epileptic in sodium valproate group was significantly reduced, and the duration was significantly shorter. These suggested that sodium valproate could effectively improve the cognitive function of epileptic rats, limb seizure symptoms and EEG abnormalities, with significant anti-epileptic effect.
