吉富罗非鱼第二十一代选育群体微卫星标记研究 被引量:4

Microsatellite Marker Research of the Twenty-One Generation Breeding Population of GIFT Strains of Oreochromis niloticus

摘要 采用10对微卫星引物对广东省化州光辉养殖场有限公司新选育的吉富罗非鱼第21代群体进行遗传多样性研究。结果显示:10对引物在48尾吉富罗非鱼中共检测到57个等位基因(Na),平均值为5.700;有效等位基因(Ne)平均值为3.726;观测杂合度(Ho)在0.750~1之间,平均值为0.896;多态信息含量(PIC)在0.390~0.797之间,平均值为0.640。表明该吉富罗非鱼选育群体具有较高的遗传多样性水平,可作为选育和养殖基础群体。 This paper used 10 pairs of microsatellite primers to analyze the genetic diversity of twenty-one generation breeding group of GIFT, which was the newly bred population of the Guanghui Farm Limited Company, Huazhou (Guangdong, China). Results showed that totallly 57 alleles were detected in the population, the average number of allele was 5.700, and the average number of effective allele was 3.726. It was observed that heterozygosity ranged from 0.750 to 1, with an average of 0.896. The polymorphic information content value (PIC) ranged from 0.390 to 0.797, with an average of 0.640. All the data indicated that the breeding population of GIFT had higher level of genetic diversity, and might be used as a base population for further breeding.
