基于宏基因组测序的烟叶表面微生物多样性分析 被引量:13

摘要 对来源于不同地区和不同叶片部位的7种烟叶样品,利用宏基因组测序技术,鉴定其表面微生物,通过OUT聚类分析、韦恩图分析、物种注释等进行微生物多样性分析,获得陈化烟叶表面的优势菌。结果显示,芽孢杆菌属菌株,主要是蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)在陈化烟叶中为主要优势菌,对提高陈化烟叶的品质具有一定功能;假单胞菌属是烟叶样品中另一较多的类群,这一大类的细菌有生物防治、微生态调节等较多的生物功能。本研究获得的烟叶表面优势菌种在烟叶陈化发酵过程中的应用,对于提高烟叶品质具有一定的应用意义。 In this study, metagenome sequencing was used to detect the microorganism on the surface of seven flue-cured tobacco leave samples that obtained from different regions and different parts of tobacco leaves. Then, the dominant bacteria on the surface of flue-cured tobacco leaves were obtained based on the microbial diversity analysis by OUT cluster analysis, Venn diagram and species annotation. Results showed that Bacillus cereus was the predominant stain, which could contribute to improve the quality of tobacco leaves. Also, another kind of predominant strain was Pseudomonas, which was often used in biological control and microecology regulation. The application of the dominant strains on tobacco leaves in the aging process of tobacco leaves obtained by this study had certain significance in improving the quality of tobacco leaves.
