多随机因素下含可中断负荷的电力系统优化调度模型与求解方法研究 被引量:27

摘要 电力系统中存在大量的随机因素,为保障系统安全稳定运行,需留有一定备用容量。可中断负荷是一种基于激励的需求响应资源,在系统负荷高峰或发生故障时可中断部分负荷,保障系统安全稳定运行。基于机会约束规划,综合考虑了机组故障、线路故障、负荷预测误差及可中断负荷违约等随机因素,以系统运行成本最小为目标函数,构建了含可中断负荷的优化模型。通过蒙特卡罗模拟,把机会约束模型转化为期望值模型,实现模型从不确定性向确定性的转化,并采用拉格朗日松弛法对确定性模型求解。在算例分析中验证了模型的有效性,并重点分析了线路故障、可中断负荷违约及场景数量对优化结果的影响。 For the safe and stable operation of power system,a certain amount of reserve capacity is needed to handle the stochastic factors. Interruptible load which is a kind of incentive based demand response can be used to guarantee the safe and stable operation when there is a load peak or outage in the system. The optimal operation model considering interruptible load was established to minimize the operation cost based on chance constrained programming. In the model, generation unit outage, transmission line outage, load forecast error and interruptible load noncompliance were fully considered. By the use of Monte Carlo simulation,the chance constrained model was converted to its expected value model which transformed the uncertain model into a deterministic one, and lagrangian relaxation was used to solve the deterministic model. In the example,effectiveness of the model was verified. The impact of transmission line outage, interruptible load noncompliance, and scenario number on the optimal result was analyzed emphatically.
