摘要
提出一种基于隔离升降压变换器的单级隔离软开关功率因数校正(power factor correction,PFC)变换器及其控制方法。通过采用优化的双重移相控制策略,变换器在半个工频周期可以分别工作于升压模式和降压模式,从而同时实现输入功率因数校正和输出电压调节,且变换器中所有开关管和二极管可在宽范围内实现软开关、开关损耗低。文中详细分析了变换器的工作原理、工作特性以及参数优化设计考虑,实验验证了所研究的单级隔离软开关PFC变换器及其控制方法的正确性和有效性。
A single-stage soft-switching power factor correction (PFC) circuit based on an isolated Buck-Boost converter and its control method were proposed. With the optimized dual phase-shift control strategy, the converter can work in step-up and step-down mode during half period of the AC input voltage. Therefore, Power factor correction and isolated output voltage regulation can be achieved simultaneously. Soft-switching of all of the switching devices in both the primary and secondary-side circuits can be achieved in a wide range and thus switching loss can be reduced. The operation principles, characteristics and design considerations of the proposed converter were analyzed in detail. Experimental results were given to verify the effectiveness and advantages of the presented single-stage PFC converter.
