摘要 永磁同步电机高速运行时,载波比降低使采样和数据刷新延时引起的转子位置估算误差增大。针对该问题本文提出了一种基于电流环误差修正的转子位置校正方法,根据前馈解耦后d轴电流环调节器的输出与转子位置误差角之间的数量关系,将d轴电流环调节器输出作为误差信号经PI调节器构造转子位置估算误差闭环观测,并用该误差角实时校正估算的转子位置,消除了由采样、数据刷新等引起的转子位置估算误差。最后,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和实验验证了该校正方法的有效性和实用性。 A correction method of rotor positions, based on the error correction of the current loop, is proposed in this paper for the problem that the error of rotor position estimation caused by the sampling and data refreshing will be very serious due to the reduction of the carrier ratio, when the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is running at a high speed. According to the quantitative relation between the output of the d-axis current loop regulator and the error angle of rotor’s positions with feedforward terms, the output of d-axis current loop regulator is assigned to the error signal of the PI regulator to form a closed loop observation of rotor position estimation errors, and the error is used to correct the estimated rotor position in real time. The method eliminates the error of rotor position estimation caused by sampling, data refreshing and so on. Finally, both simulations based on Matlab/Simulink and experiments verified the method’s practicability and availability.
