摘要
本研究对我国13个代表性日语专业的研究生实施了研究生人才培养质量问卷调查,在此基础上尝试构建了由研究生、课程与任课教师、导师、教育管理层、办学资源与条件五大因素构成的研究生人才培养体系。相较于办学资源的硬因素,其他四大软因素是人才培养更为关键的因素。四大因素要积极发挥主观能动性,各司其职,依靠制度建设和责任心增强,营造有利于人才培养的校园生态,确保研究生人才培养体系有机、有效运作,切实提升研究生人才培养质量。
Based on a questionnaire survey of graduate student quality among 13 representative Japanese majors in China, this study attempts to establish a talent cultivation system of Japanese graduate students. The talent cultivation system is composed of five factors, including graduate students, curricula, supervisors, administration, resources and equipment. Compared to the hard factors of resources and equipment, soft factors of graduate students, curricula, su- pervisors and administration are more crucial in talent cultivation. Bound by rules and responsibility, the parties in- volved in the talent cultivation system should play active roles to create a campus environment conducive to talent cul- tivation, thus ensuring the effective operation of the system and the quality of Japanese graduate students.
