多溶剂萃取法分离制备陈皮中的川陈皮素和橘皮素 被引量:9

Isolation and purification of nobiletin and tangeretin from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae by multi-solvent partition method

摘要 目的:建立一种从陈皮中快速分离制备高纯度川陈皮素和橘皮素的方法。方法:采用多溶剂萃取法将川陈皮素和橘皮素从陈皮三氯甲烷萃取部分粗提物中分离,并通过多次试验优化了多溶剂萃取法条件,川陈皮素和橘皮素的最佳分离实验条件为:萃取溶剂丙酮∶石油醚=6∶5(v/v),分相液为水,萃取溶剂∶分相液=11∶5(v/v)。结果:该法所得的川陈皮素和橘皮素单体,经HPLC峰面积归一化法计算其纯度均不低于98%。结论:多溶剂萃取法是一种简单、高效的分离制备陈皮中川陈皮素和橘皮素的方法。 Objective: To establish an efficient method for the isolation and purification of nobiletin and tangeretin of high purities from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae. Methods: Multi-solvent partition method was applied to separate nobiletin and tangeretin from the chloroform extract of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae. The optimized condition of multi-solvent partition of nobiletin and tangeretin obtained by multiple tests was as follows: the extraction solvent was mixture of acetone and light petroleum 6∶ 5( v∶ v),the separation liquid was water,and the ratio of extraction solvent to separation liquid was 11∶ 5( v∶ v). Results: The purities of nobiletin and tangeretin obtained by this method were not less than 98% as determined by HPLC peak area normalization method. Conclusion: This study established a simple and efficient method to obtain nobiletin and tangeretin from chloroform extract of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.
