摘要
中国的院校研究人员(IR)应当属于专业人员。IR从业人员具有分散性和多元性的特征。绝大多数的中国IR职业发展面临职业起步艰难、职业激励匮乏、专业化发展缺乏制度保障、职业晋升天花板效应凸显等问题。面向未来,中国的IR专业化和职业化趋势十分清晰,为了做到这一点,院校必须保障IR人员的专业地位,IR人员的独立性,改革IR人员的激励与约束机制;院校研究行业协会应发布院校研究工作标准和职业发展指导方案。
Chinese university institutional researchers fiRs) are featured by dispersity and diversity. Most of the Chinese IRs face the difficulty of career initiating, lack of career motivation and system guarantee, and ceiling effect of promotion. To face the future, the IRs' career tendency of specialization and professional is clear. Colleges and universities should ensure IRs' professional status and their independence, and create incentive and restraint mechanism for the IRs. The IRs Association should formulate the IR Working Standard and Career Guidance scheme.
