摘要
工学交替是职业教育实行理论知识与实践实训工作任务交替进行的一种教学模式。实施这种教学模式需有工作任务、学习场境、实践实训设备及辅材。建筑工程项目的施工现场具有实现这一教学模式的基本条件,有效地利用这一资源,能大幅度节约实践教学的投入,能将模拟的教学任务演变成真实的工作项目任务。本文基于四维度理论,结合建筑工程管理专业"场中校"校企深度合作办学经验,提出了工学交替教学实践的四个重要维度:教学任务维度、工作项目维度、双配师资维度和教学实施维度,分析了四个维度的具体内容及其相互间的逻辑关系,构建了四维度教学模式的理论框架模型,并对其运行机理和最终目标实现做了系统设计。
Learning and working alternation is a teaching pattern where theoretical knowledge and practical training is alternatively carried out in vocational education. Tasks, learning environment, practical training equipment and auxiliary are required to implement this pattern, which can be basically realized at the construction site of the architectural engineering project. If used effectively, this resource can greatly save the input of practical teaching and change the simulation teaching task into a real work task. In this paper, four important dimensions of the learning and working alternation teaching practice are summarized by the research team, based on the four-dimensional theory and combining the cooperative education experience of construction engineering management speeialty's "School in Work-Site". They are dimensions of teaching task, work project, dual distribution of teachers and teaching implementation. After the specific content and logical relationship of the four dimensions are analyzed, a theoretical framework model of the four-dimensional teaching model is constructed; its operation mechanism and ultimate goal realization are systematically designed.
