摘要 目的:探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对急性缺血性脑卒中患者临床疗效及血清FIB(纤维蛋白原)、HCY(同型半胱氨酸)水平的影响。方法:选取我院2015年1月至2016年7月收治的70例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组35例,在常规治疗方法的基础上单独采用阿司匹林进行治疗;观察组35例,在常规治疗方法的基础上采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷进行治疗,比较两种患者的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS),同时采用比浊法对两组患者的FIB值进行统计分析,采用循环酶法对Hcy值进行统计分析。结果:经治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS评分均有所下降,但观察组较对照组下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗后血清FIB和Hyc均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性缺血性脑卒中患者,采用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗可有效改善患者血小板粘度,降低血清中FIB和Hyc的水平,提高其临床疗效的同时也改善了患者的预后,值得临床上进一步推广使用。 Objective :To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on acute ischemic stroke and the levels of FIB and Hcy in serum. Methods : A total of 70 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to our hospital during July 2015 to July 2016. All the patients were randomized into two groups: the control group ( 35 cases) used diuretics, cardiac glycoside, aspirin ; for the observation group ( 35 cases) , on the basis of the control group treatment, used aspirin combined with clopidogrel. After the treatment for 1 month, the neurologic impairment score and the levels of FIB, Hcy in serum were compared in the two groups and statisticaly analysed in two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results: After the treatment, the scores of NIHSS was decreased in two groups; but the observation group was decreased obviously(P〈0.05) ; at the same time, the levels of FIB and Hcy in the observation group were significant lower than the control group after the treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Aspirin plus clopidogrel in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve patients platelet viscosity, at the same time, reduce the FIB and Hyc level in se- rum, improve the clinical curative effect and the prognosis; it is worthy of further promotion in clinical treat- ment.
