喉鳞癌组织中PTTG VEGF-C的表达及与临床病理特征的相关性

Expression of PTTG and VEGF-C in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and its Correlation with Clinicopathological Features

目的:探讨喉鳞癌组织中垂体肿瘤转化基因(PTTG)及血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的表达及其与喉癌病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法分别检测60例喉癌病理组织和32例癌旁正常组织中PTTG和VEGF-C的表达水平,并应用RT-PCR法检测以上组织中PTTG mRNA和VEGF-C mRNA的表达水平。结果:喉鳞癌病理组织中PTTG和VEGF-C表达情况均显著高于相应癌旁正常组织(P<0.01);PTTG和VEGF-C的表达在淋巴结有否转移组、临床不同分期组与不同分化程度的喉鳞癌组组间比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:喉鳞癌的发生、发展、侵袭与转移的过程中PTTG和VEGF-C起了重要作用,PTTG与VEGF-C的联合检测,可能对喉癌的预后判断产生重要意义。

Objective：To investigate the expression of PTTG and VEGF-C in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and the relationship with the pathological features.Methods： Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were adopted to detect the expression of PTTG and VEGF-C in 60 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 32 cases of para-carcinoma tissue.Results： The expression of PTTG and VEGF-C in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissue （P〈0.01）.In laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, the expressions of PTTG and VEGF-C were associated with differentiation, Lymph node metastasis and clinical stage （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： PTTG and VEGF-C might play an important role in the development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.PTTG and VEGF-C might be prognostic factor of lymph node metastasis.
