Preliminary Assessment on Drought Resistibility of Several Garden Maples

摘要 以南京引进的11种观赏槭树为材料,通过测定叶片持水力、相对含水量、临界饱和亏、束缚水含量、束缚水/自由水比值、叶绿素含量等生理指标,探索了几种生理指标与槭树抗旱性的关系,并应用主成份分析对其抗旱能力进行了评价。结果表明:鸡爪槭、红翅槭、五角枫、复叶槭、茶条槭、红花槭、青榨槭、元宝槭抗旱性最强为第一类,三叶槭和橄榄槭抗旱性次之为第二类,三角枫抗旱性最弱为第三类。 The eleven garden maples in Nanjing were selected as material. These multinomial physiology indices, such as leaves water preserving ability,relative water content, critical satu- ration deficit, bound water content, bound water/free water, Chlorophyll, were determined with the application of some testing methods based on the different adaptation methods to drought stress. The relationship between these physiological indexes and drought resistance of Acer were explored. The drought resistance difference was explored between different species with the application of multi-indices comprehensive evaluation, the order of drought resistance ability was arranged and classified with the principle components analysis. The results showed that these species of Acer palmatum, A. fabri, A. mono, A. negumd, A. rubrum, A. davidii, A. truncaturn and A. ginnala were regarded as the first kind with the strongest drought resistante ability. Both A. henryi and A. olivaceurn was regarded as the second kind; A. buergerianum was the third kind, and its drought sistance ability were the poorest.
