摘要
小菜蛾是最早对Bt毒蛋白产生抗性的重要农业害虫之一,而膜结合碱性磷酸酶是小菜蛾体内疑似Bt毒蛋白的直接受体之一。我们在之前的工作中克隆了小菜蛾碱性磷酸酶编码基因PxALP1,本研究对该基因的时空表达谱进行了分析。在小菜蛾所有生命阶段中,PxALP1基因在3龄幼虫中表达水平最高;而在小菜蛾3龄幼虫不同组织中,PxALP1基因在中肠中表达水平最高,这些都可能与PxALP1基因对Bt毒蛋白产生抗性的生物学功能密切相关。
The diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella(L.),is one of the important agricultural pests firstly producing resistances to Bt toxin.The membrane bound alkaline phosphatase is a potential direct receptor of Bt toxin in diamondback moth.We had cloned the coding ORF of Plutella xylostella alkaline phosphatase gene PxALP1 in previous works,so we analyzed the expression patterns of this gene at different time and space in this paper.Through the whole life span of Plutella xylostella,PxALP1 gene had the highest expression level in the 3rd instar larvae;and among all the tissues and organs of the 3rd instar larvae,PxALP1 gene had the highest expression level in the midgut.The expression patterns of PxALP1 gene might be closely related to the resistant function of Bt toxin.
