紫外线辐照对纤维素膜结构和性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of ultraviolet irradiation on structures and properties of cellulose membrane

摘要 探讨了紫外线辐照对纤维素膜的性能影响。研究表明,经过紫外线辐照,纤维素膜依然保持了纤维素Ⅰ的晶型结构。纤维素膜结晶度、晶粒尺寸、晶面间距、热学性能及断裂强度均随着紫外线辐照时间的增加而下降,而纤维素膜的质量损失率、孔隙率及断裂伸长率随着紫外线辐照时间的增加而增加,且上述指标变化最大的时间区间均在0~100 h。 The effect of ultraviolet irradiation on cellulose membrane performances were discussed. The results showed that crystal structure of cellulose I was kept in cellulose membrane after ultraviolet irradiation. With ultraviolet irradiation time increasing, crystallinity, grain size, crystal plane spacing, thermal property and breaking strength were all decreased, while mass loss rate, porosity and elongation at break were increased. The maximum time section of above indexes were all in 0-100 h.
