摘要
以1227(十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵)作为促染剂,采用活性艳红X-3B上染柞丝绸。考察了1227用量、碳酸钠用量、固色温度、固色时间等对柞丝绸染色效果的影响。结果表明,在1227用量10 g/L,碳酸钠用量5 g/L,固色温度90℃,固色时间20 min的染色工艺下,上染率为30.5%,固色率为23.9%,K/S值为10.271,耐洗色牢度达到4级以上;与10 g/L Na Cl促染效果基本一致,实现了柞丝绸的无盐低碱染色。
Bleached tussah silk was dyed with reactive brilliant red X-3B and 1227 (dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride) as dyeing agent, the effects of 1227 and Na2CO3 concentration, fixing temperature, fixing time on dyeing were discussed at salt free and low alkali condition. The results showed that the dye uptake was 30.5%, the fixing rate was 23.9%, the K/S value was 10.271 and the washing fastness reached level 4 above under the condition of 122710 g/L, Na2CO3 5g/L, fixation temperature 90℃ and fixation time 20 min. The dyed properties almost same with accumulate dyeing process with NaCl (10 g/L), it realized tussah silk dyeing at salt free and low alkali condition.
