摘要
针对陶瓷砖压机上充液阀在快速下行过程中产生较大的振动,需要对其运行快速性和稳定性进行分析。分析充液阀进出口压差为0.2 MPa,气体体积率分别为10%和50%,及气体体积率为20%、压差为0.15 MPa时的流场分布,与理论计算值进行对比,验证所建立的三维流体模型的正确性。对优化后的充液阀结构进行流场分析,结果表明该结构能够为充液阀设计、结构优化提供一定的参考。
For prefill valve on the ceramic brick machine produce larger vibration in the process of rapid downward, its speediness and stability should be analyzed. The different flow fields with the 10% gas volume rate and the 50% gas volume rate under the 0. 2 MPa pressure in prefill valve were analyzed, as well as the 20% gas volume rate under the 0. 15 MPa pressure. Then the flow fields were compared with the theoretical calculation to validate the correctness of the 3D fluid simulation model. It provides reference for the design and structure optimization of the prefill valve on the basis of the analysis to the flow field distribution of the optimized prefill valve.
