高速大惯性取料系统起动过程的仿真分析

摘要 以高速大惯性取料系统的起动过程为研究对象,利用功率键合图建立系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB软件进行仿真分析,得到系统调定压力、取料车质量对系统起动过程动态特性的影响规律,为后续同类系统的研发提供参考。 Starting process of a high speed and large inertia sampling system was studied. The power bond graph method was used to establish the mathematical model. Simulation analysis was carried out by MATLAB. The influences of the system setting pressure and sampling car quality on the dynamic characteristics of the starting process of the system were obtained. The research provides prefer- ences for further study of similar systems.
