摘要
用拉床加工法兰轴套内六角键槽,存在分度不均问题。设计工装,利用工装精度保证零件加工精度,工装结构简单、操作方便,零件制造较容易。
With broaching machine to process flange axle housing keyway, dividing inequality problem is existed. A tool was designed, the precision of this tool was used to ensure parts processing precision. The tool has simple structure, convenient operation. So part manufacture is easier.
