高频电源在神头第二发电厂电除尘中的应用

摘要 电除尘高频电源作为新一代电除尘供电装置,其优势与特点在神华国能神头第二发电厂#1、#2锅炉电除尘上得到了很好的体现。文章结合该电厂#1、#2机组电除尘改造,对北京信实德公司生产的HIRCON-II高频电源进行了原理分析,详细介绍了调试方法和调试时的注意事项,并对高频电源装置的工作性能指标进行了实验。总体上来看,具有调试简单、便于现场人员维护使用、效率高等优点,而且对克服电场反电晕效果明显,有效保证了除尘效率。 As a new generation of dust removal power supply device, high frequency power supply's advantages and characteristics ob- tained good manifesting in the ESP technical modification of # 1 and # 2 generator unit in Shentou Second power plant. Taking the the electric dust transformation of the #1 and #2 power plant, paper analyzed the work principle of the HIRCON - II made by Beijing Xin Shide company, detailed notes debugging method and the working performance, made the experiment of the high frequency power supply device. On the whole, it has the advantages of simple debugging, convenient maintenance of field personnel and high efficiency, and has obvious effect on overcoming electric field back corona effect, effectively ensuring the dust removal efficiency.
