摘要
在全球化经济形势下,没有一个企业的战略是稳定不变的,而企业联盟则是激烈的环境竞争的产物。囿于各自资源的差异性,企业拥有着不同或特殊的议价能力。文章以有着颠覆传统业之称的互联网企业为研究对象,应用多案例研究基于资源议价的企业联盟竞合行为。结果表明:(1)企业联盟资源议价能力相差一定程度时,企业联盟倾向于采取合作策略;(2)若双方资源议价能力相差无几时,企业联盟间倾向于暂时性合作或竞争策略;(3)如果双方资源议价能力相差甚多,议价能力强的企业会采取忽视策略,对议价能力较弱的企业进行"不作为"的战略行动。
No firms always keep their strategies steady in the global economic situation and the firm alliance is the product of the fierce competition. The firm has different or special bargaining power because of the difference of their resources. This paper explain the co - operation of firm alliance based on resource bargaining with the application of multi case research, taking Internet enterprise subverting the traditional industry as an example. The research shows : ( 1 ) the firms will cooperate when there is a certain gap between their resource bargaining powers;(2) the firms will compete or cooperate for a short time when their bargaining powers are close each other; (3) there is no relate strategy between them when the gap is beyond a certain range.
