高校家庭贫困学生管理存在的问题及对策探究

在大力倡导知识竞争型社会的今天,许多高校纷纷积极扩大教学规模,为越来越多的贫困学生提供上学的机会。然而,当前我国高校管理制度体系发展尚不成熟,许多家庭经济贫困的学生学习和生活得不到有效保障,给我国高校管理带来了诸多挑战。基于此,文章对高校家庭贫困学生的特点进行分析和解读,积极探索新时期高校家庭贫困学生管理的有效对策,以期为促进学生健康成长提供方向。

In today＇s advocating knowledge competitive society, many universities have actively expand the scale of teaching, for more and more poor students the opportunity to go to school. However, the current management system of colleges and universities development in our country is immature, many family economic life of the students to learn and can not get effective guarantee, brought many challenges to the management in colleges and universities. Based on this, this article will analyze the characteristics of family poor students in colleges and universities and interpretation, actively explore the management of family poor students in colleges and universities in the new period and effective countermeasure, in order to provide direction to promote the healthy growth of students.
