“四位一体”课堂教学改革的内涵与效果分析——以《管理学》为例 被引量:3

摘要 课堂教学改革已成为当代大学培养创新性、应用型人才的关键,也是新时期下高等学校进行转型发展的重要抓手。但改革又面临诸多困惑,存在着盲目跟随、模仿照搬、缺乏特色等问题。文章以培养应用能力为研究目标,探讨《管理学》"四位一体"的课堂教学改革模式的定位与设计,提出理论教学的基础性、实践教学的能力与应用性、科研教学的前沿性和学科的发展性,以及整体教学系统性的"四位一体"教学模式内涵,并就其实施效果评价的主体、内容、方式进行了分析,建立了多形式、多主体的全面评价体系,为经济管理类专业课堂教学改革提供理论基础。 Classroom Teaching Reform becomes a key point of talent fostering system for the creativity and application of college students, as well as the key of the new development of colleges under the modern situation. Anyway the reform occurs some problems such as blindly following the original mode, the moderation of others mode and lacking of own features. Aims to the purpose of applicant abilities, the paper discussed the positioning and designing of "quaternity" of Classroom Teaching Reform in "management science" curriculum, and proposed the definition of four directions as insisting theoretical teaching, enforcing in -classroom or experimental train- ing, emphasizing after- class practice and introducing science research into classrooms, as so -called "quaternity". The effect of implement was analyzed and evaluated comprehensively by establish the multi - form and multi - subjects system, as a result, these cata- lognes of teaching will be promoted by the basic theoretical methods.
