高职院校班级企业化管理的实践探索——以信阳职业技术学院“五云实验班”为例

Study on Class Enterprise Management Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Wuyun Experimental Class of Xinyang Vocational and Technical College as an Example

随着我国经济社会的发展,传统的学生管理模式已不能适应高职教育培养目标的要求,而班级企业化管理能够提高学生的职业意识,提升学生的职业素养。文章以信阳职业技术学院"五云实验班"为例,对班级企业化管理模式进行了实践探索。

With the development of economy and society in China, the traditional student management mode has been unable to meet the requirement of higher vocational education. However, class enterprise management can improve students＇ occupation consciousness and enhance their occupation quality. Taking Wuyun experimental class of Xinyang Vocational and Technical College as an example, the paper focuses on the practical exploration of the class enterprise management mode.
