目前我国正在大力推广装配式建筑,与传统现场浇筑施工方式相比,装配式建筑从设计、生产到施工发生了根本性改变,而全国各类高等院校迄今还没有建筑装配技术专业,"装配式建筑"人才培养已经成为建筑行业当务之急。分析职业院校建筑类专业开展"装配式建筑"应用型人才培养的可行性,并从课程体系构建、师资培养和实训基地建设等方面提出很多具有价值的建议。

Nowadays, prefabricated construction is gaining more and more popularity in China. Compared with traditional way of cast - in - situ concrete, prefabricated construction has changed basically from designing to construction. At present, various colleges and universities in China havenlt set up the major of prefabricated construction. At the same time, applied talents in prefabricated construction are more and more needed. The article analyzed the feasibility of cultivation of applied talents in prefabricated construction in vocational colleges. The article provided valuable suggestions on establishment of curriculum system, teacher training, construction of training base, etc.
