摘要
目的探讨首发精神分裂症患者颞叶听觉诱发电位复杂度。方法利用Lempel-Ziv复杂度算法对40例首发精神分裂症患者(研究组)和34例正常成人(对照组)的左前颞(F7)、右前颞(F8)、左中颞(T3)、右中颞(T4)、左后颞(T5)和右后颞(T6)共6个导联的听觉诱发电位进行复杂度测定。结果研究组T4、T5、T6的听觉诱发电位复杂度测度大于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组中、后颞叶左右半球复杂度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组前、中颞叶左右半球复杂度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论首发精神分裂症患者颞叶信息处理存在异常。
Objective To explore complexity for auditory evoked potentials on temporal lobe in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods A total of 40 patients with first-episode schizophrenia in study group and 34 healthy people in control group were selected and examined with auditory evoked potentials on their F7, F8, T3, T4, T5 and T6 temporal lobe areas by Lempel-Ziv complexity measure. Results The complexity values of T4, T5 and T6 temporal lobe areas in study group were all significantly more than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). In study group, there were significant differences for the complexity values of T3, T4, T5 and T6 between the two cerebral hemispheres ( P 〈 0.05 ). In control group, there were significant differences for the complexity values of F7, F8,T3 and T4 between the two cerebral hemispheres ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There is abnormal function for the information processing of temporal lobe in the patients with first-episode schizophrenia.
