摘要 为某车型发动机罩选用PP-LGF40材料替代传统的钣金材料,可实现减质量21%的目标。根据PP-LGF40材料的成型工艺,提出发动机罩外板和内板的结构设计方案,简化了零件结构和制造工艺。通过CAE仿真分析PP-LGF40材料发动机罩的扭转刚度、侧向刚度、承重刚度、锁钩刚度和一阶模态等各项性能指标,结果表明:PP-LGF40材料发动机罩的各项性能均能满足目标值,验证了PP-LGF40作为发动机罩轻量化材料方案的可行性。 The traditional sheet metal was replaced by PP-LGF40 on the engine hood of an automobile, which could reduce the weight asa rate of 21%. Depending on the molding process of PP-I,GF40, lhe structure design solutions of the hood outer and inner panel were put for-ward, then the part structure and manufacturing process were simplified. The torsion stiffness, lateral stiff)less, load-bearing stiffness, latchstiffness and the first-order modal of PP-LGF40 engine hood were analyzed by using CAE simulation. The results show that performance of PP-LGF40 engine hood can meet the target values. It verifies the feasibility that PP-LGF40 is taken as a lightweight material of the engine hood.
