摘要
通过对单十字轴万向节进行运动分析,推导出传动比关系式并绘制出传动比波动量曲线图。结合汽车转向系统中下转向轴的结构——双十字万向节传动结构,分析中间轴向位角对传动的影响,从而可以找到万向节最优向位角,以减少力矩波动,提高传动效率。
A single cardan joint motion was analyzed. The transmission ratio formula was deduced and the fluctuation quantity curve ofthe transmission ratio was drawn. Aiming at the double cross universal joint transmission structure used in automobile steering system, the in-fluence of the middle axial angle on the transmission was analyzed to find the optimal design of the bit angle, so as to decrease moment fluctua-tion and improve transmission efficiency.
