摘要
通过近三年对浙江省高校毕业生毕业一年后的就业情况跟踪调查发现,该省高校应届毕业生的就业专业对口度在60%左右,略低于全国平均水平。究其原因,与毕业生就业观念陈旧、高校专业设置不合理及用人单位人才使用的高消费等相关。据此,文章从毕业生转变就业观念、高校优化专业结构和用人单位合理使用人才等方面提出相应对策,以期提高应届毕业生的就业专业对口度,避免高等教育资源的浪费。
The employment situation of Zhejiang province college graduates was investigated after they graduated one year late through nearly three years data. For the employees graduated from Zhejiang universities, the professional counterparts employment was about 60%, slightly lower than the national average. The reason might be the old concept of employment existed for these graduates, the unreasonable setting of university majors, or the high consumption of school talents existed in employers. Accordingly, this article put forward the corresponding countermea- sures from the transfer of university graduates employment idea, optimization of the structure of professions, and the reasonable utilization of graduates for the employers, in order to improve the graduates of professional counterparts, and to avoid the waste of personal resources.
