高校教学评价有效性影响因素的调查研究——以杭州高校为例 被引量:3

A Study on the Influencing Factors of the Effectiveness of Teaching Evaluation in Colleges and Universities——A Case Study of Universities in Hangzhou

摘要 有很多影响因素可能影响高校教学评价的有效性。通过对杭州市10所高校学生的问卷调查和应用统计软件的分析,获得学生对43个影响教学评价有效性的看法。研究表明:学生认为3个最大的影响因素是教师对待学生的态度、教师教学态度和教师语言表达能力。影响最小的3个影响因素是教师性别、教师容貌着装等外表情况和教师职称。学生因素对教学评价有效性的影响最大,而评教管理因素影响最小。 Many factors may influence the result of teaching evaluation in colleges and uni- versities and produce different degree of deviation, which affects the effectiveness of teaching e- valuation. Based on a questionnaire survey of students in ten colleges of Hangzhou and the application of statistical software,the influence degree of 43 factors on the effectiveness of teach- ing evaluation were investigated. The study shows that the students think that the three most in- fluential factors are teachers' .attitude towards students, teachers' teaching attitude and teachers' language ability. The three influencing factors with the minimum effects are teachers' gender, teachers' appearance and teacher's professional title. Student factors are the greatest impact on the effectiveness of teaching evaluation. Teaching evaluation management factors are the minimal impact on the effectiveness of teaching evaluation.
