Surviving Sepsis Campaign: International Guideline for Management of Sepsis and Septic Shock(2016): progress and comments

脓毒症目前仍然是临床面临的难题,促使临床医生对其诊疗方案进行不断探索。近期,美国重症医学会与欧洲重症医学会对拯救脓毒症运动(Surviving Sepsis Campaign,SSC)指南做了进一步更新,将一定程度上改变临床医师对脓毒症的诊疗行为。正确理解新版指南是进行脓毒症有效治疗的关键。

Sepsis remains a big challenge in clinic which promote clinicians to continue explore its diagnosis and management. Recently, Society of Critical Care Medicine （SCCM） and European Society of Intensive Care Medicine （ESICM） updated the Surviving Sepsis Campaign （SSC） which would change the strategy of sepsis to some extent. Understanding the key point of the new guideline is crucial in sepsis management.
