在我国提出以协同创新引领高等学校创新能力的背景下,本文描述了结合新兴产业导向研究生创新能力培养模式,针对当前面向新兴产业的研究生培养过程中存在的问题,在协同创新视角下,从构建多学科融合体系、组建研究生指导团队、加大校企产学研合作等方面进行的改革实践。教改有效地促进了学科、专业和产业的协同,提高了新兴产业导向研究生的培养质量。

In the background of enhancing the innovation ability of our country＇s high education through collaborative innovation, this paper describes the exploration and practice of the emerging industry orien- ted training mode of graduates. Aimed at solving the problems existed in culturing the graduates of this kind, in the perspective of collaborative innovation, series measures were put forward, such as construc- ting multi-discipline integration system, setting up the graduate supervision team, and strengthening the cooperation between researches in the lab and enterprises.
