卓越工程师培养过程中企业生产实习的改革与探索——以太原理工大学为例

Reform and Exploration on Enterprise Production Practice for Chemical Engineering Outstanding Engineers——Exploration in Taiyuan University of Technology

本文以太原理工大学为例,围绕"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的目标和要求,结合学校和学科特点,对化学工程与工艺专业企业生产实习的现状进行了探讨,分析了现行生产实习存在的问题,认为其无法达到"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的要求,必须进行改革。针对现状,本校通过构建校企合作机制、固定实习基地、改革实习模式、强化学生自主学习与自我管理等方式提高了学生的实习效果,达到了"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的要求。

Based on the objective and requirements of Taiyuan University of Technology in implementing the Plan of Education and Training Outstanding Engineers （PETOT） combined with the characteristics of the school and the subject, this paper discusses the actuality of enterprise production practice of Chemical Engineering and Technology. After analysis, we have realized that enterprise production practice is una- ble to research the objective of PETOT and it must be reformed. In view of existing situation, we have e- laborated how to construct the university-enterprise joint mechanisms and establish university-enterprise joint practice base. Meanwhile, it is also discussed that how to reform practice mode and strengthen student~ self-studying and self-management in the process of the production practice. The teaching ex- periment proves that this production practice model can effectively improve the production practice effect of the excellence engineer students and what we have done has reached the goal of PETOT
