“四位一体”化学工程专业学位研究生教育的探索与实践——以中南大学化学工程专业为例

Exploration and Practice of "Four in One" for Professional Degree Graduate Education in Chemical Engineering——An Example of a Professional Degree Graduate Education in Central South University

专业学位研究生培养是我国高层次人才培养体系的重要组成部分,也是满足社会对实践型、应用型人才需求的重要手段。近年来,中南大学化学工程专业依托学科特色,从建设具有工程实践特色的课程体系、创新专业学位研究生导师队伍建设、拓展专业学位研究生实践途径、完善评价与保障机制等四个方面着手,探索了化学工程专业学位研究生教育的"四位一体"建设模式,具有一定的示范作用及现实指导意义。

The cultivation of professional degree graduate education is the important part of the system of high level talented person cultivating in China, and is also the important means for satisfying the demand for practical and applied technician. Based on characteristic discipline, the construction model of ＂Four in One＂ for profes- sional degree graduate education in chemical engineering is explored. ＂Four in One＂ means the integration of four parts, including the construction of curriculum system with engineering practice feature, the construction of teaching staff or professional degree graduate education, the expansion of practice ways and the improvement of mechanism of evaluation and guarantee. The model of＂Four in One＂ for professional degree graduate education has a certain demonstration effect and practical significance.
