摘要 针对本科生开设科研训练课程可以有效提高大学生的综合实践能力和创新能力,实现创新型人才培养目标。根据化学化工类人才培养特点和需要,合肥工业大学化学与化工学院结合自身的实际情况,为本科生开设了科研训练课程,并对该课程的教学内容、组织实施方式、考核方式和教学效果等进行了研究,为培养创新型的化学化工类人才进行了有益的探索和实践。 The course of research training is effective to improve undergraduate's innovation ability. Ac- cording to the demands and features of the training objective of creative chemical engineering and chemis- try talents, the research training course for undergraduates of freshmen and sophomore has been per- formed in school of chemistry and chemical engineering, Hefei University of Technology. The teaching content, execution, assessment mode and teaching effect have been studied. This course is significant to explore and practice the methods to foster innovation-oriented talents in the field of chemistry and chemical engineering.
