摘要 随着我国海上油气田的开发和利用,海洋平台电力系统的规模不断扩大,运用电力系统分析仿真软件对系统进行研究计算的方法也日趋成为电气工程师的主要应用工具。介绍电力系统分析仿真软件ATP的功能特点,结合海上油田某项目实例,运用ATP软件进行海缆空载投入仿真研究,发现采用相控合闸策略可以有效地降低海缆空载投入的合闸涌流和操作过电压,其理论分析对同型平台的设计具有一定指导和借鉴意义。 Following China's offshore oil and gas fields' development and utilization, the scale and complexity of offshore oil and gas fields is gradually expanding, the method analyzing and researching for power system by simulation software has been the primary tool day by day. The function characteristic of ATP software is described. The way to use the software to carry on simulation of submarine cable no-load input by offshore platform project example is introduced. It can be found that the closing strategy for phase control can effectively reduce the switching current and operating over-voltage of submarine cable no-load input. Theoretical analysis of submarine cable no-load input based on ATP is of certain guide and reference to the similar offshore platform design.
